I practice a holistic, root cause approach to wellness, leaning into our individualized needs. My goal is to “stand on top of giant’s shoulders”- those of our ancestors who valued the power of nutrient-dense whole foods prepared in supportive methods in accordance with a lifestyle that implements intuitive movements and natural environments. By acknowledging our Creator’s design for our well being, we can learn to avoid dis-ease and embrace our highest, most authentic capacity.

I have submerged myself into the world of healing while serving my community as a physical therapist assistant in outpatient, inpatient and home health settings as well as living with chronic illness personally. I have been allowed a unique lens into the silent suffering of those we stand beside daily. Empathy and hope are two gifts I want to offer you as we navigate this journey together.

We each have a sacred responsibility over our own health and happiness; I want to hold you accountable to that. I provide support, knowledge and resources to target your foundations so we can sustainably reach your personal health goals.
